    Panel Considers $1,000 Fine for Violators of Arkansas Smoking Ban (KATV Channel 7)

    Little Rock (AP) – The price of smoking inside a business could reach $1,000 under fines being considered by thestate Board of Health. The panel will hold a hearing next month on rules proposing fines for violators of the newly passed indoor-smoking ban.
