    Man Accused in Terror Case Wants Delay for Plea Negotiation (KATV Channel 7)

    Fayetteville (AP) – A man accused of striving to take part in a holy war against Israel is asking for a trial delay so he can negotiate a plea with prosecutors. Former University of Arkansas graduate student Arwah Jaber was indicted by a federal grand jury in August.
