Little Rock (AP) – A new report says Arkansas ranks 44th out of 50 states and the District of Columbia with 37 percent of uninsured people unable to get medical care when needed. The report was issued Wednesday by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Little Rock – Police say one person is dead after a shooting at a Little Rock apartment complex. It happened around 3:00 Wednesday morning at the Westgate apartments on 65th Street. When police arrived on the scene, they found two victims shot.
